Evicted Tenants is based on the concept that owners and operators of apartment communities do not have a single source to determine if a prospective resident has previously skipped or been evicted from an apartment.

Prior to accepting a resident application, property owners and managers can search our database to see if your applicant has previously skipped or been evicted. Searching is completely free of charge and you do not need to register for an account.

If you register for an account, owners and property managers can enter information for a resident who either skipped or was evicted from a apartment to which they were the lessor. For each resident that you enter into our database, you are given a credit to your account, which will eventually be used to search, since our service will be fee-based at some point in the future. If you register, these credits will accrue over time, giving you free searching even when we begin to charge for our services.
